Nasi uczniowie spożywają posiłki przygotowywane przez naszych kucharzy w profesjonalnie wyposażonych kuchniach. Korzystamy tylko z artykułów spożywczych wysokiej jakości od sprawdzonych dostawców, z którymi współpracujemy od wielu lat, m.in. Transgourment, Grucha, Bukat.

Zbilansowana dieta:

zapewnia zapotrzebowanie energetyczne na cały dzień,
jest bogata w produkty pochodzenia roślinnego: owoce, warzywa, orzechy i rośliny strączkowe,
limits the consumption of purified cereal grains, highly processed foods and added sugars,
ma małą ilość czerwonego mięsa. Jest natomiast bogata w produkty drobiowe i ryby,
wykorzystuje bogactwo roślin pochodzących z najbliższego środowiska naturalnego, np. świeżych roślin sezonowych.

Organization of the Canteen:

w naszych szkołach zapewniamy uczniom pełne wyżywienie w postaci 3 pełnowartościowych posiłków: śniadanie, obiad, podwieczorek,
nasza stołówka dba o to, by nasi uczniowie spożywali smaczne, zdrowe posiłki według diety przygotowywanej przez doświadczonego dietetyka. Posiłki są przygotowywane przez naszych kucharzy w profesjonalnie wyposażonej kuchni,
z myślą o komforcie dzieci i ich diecie rodzice mogą zdecydować o zamówieniu dla swojego dziecka wyżywienia całodziennego lub samych obiadów.

The Gaudeamus is of great importance
we focus on a healthy lifestyle.

This is why:
We focus on conscious, healthy nutrition according to the PLANETARY DIET, meeting all the standards for proper nutrition of schoolchildren and teaching healthy eating habits. The pattern of the planetary diet is based on the analysis of scientific evidence suggesting that the adopted proportions of consumption of given groups of products help to reduce the risk of developing chronic diseases and maintain good health and well-being.

All meals are prepared in our OWN PROFESSIONALLY EQUIPPED KITCHENS. Thanks to this, the hot meal goes to the child's plate immediately after preparation. It does not require heating and long storage in heating devices, and therefore does not lose vitamins and nutritional value.
We only use food products of the highest quality from reliable suppliers. We cooperate with with Transgourment, Grucha, Bukat.

A healthy planetary diet:

provides the optimal amount of energy,
contains a large variety of plant-based products: fruits, vegetables, nuts and legumes,
limits the consumption of purified cereal grains, highly processed foods and added sugars,
recommends limiting the consumption of red meat in favor of poultry and fish
recommends using the richness of plants from the immediate natural environment, preferably fresh seasonal plants

Organization of the Canteen:

Our canteen provides students with full board during their child's stay at school: breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea.
Tasty, healthy meals prepared in your own, professionally equipped kitchen under the supervision of a dietitian. We serve freshly cooked dishes at regular times, on aesthetic, uniform tableware. The HACCP system and personnel with many years of practice and appropriate qualifications guarantee the correctness of technological processes and very good quality of prepared meals.
Parents may decide to order full board or only lunches for their child.
