We are slowly finishing the preparations for the starting school year. We can't wait to see our corridors filled with students from our schools again!
Preparations at our place are always time for trainings and workshops that develop our teaching competences.
Recently, we participated in a workshop organized by the irreplaceable Joanna Goc-Matyskiel. During the workshops, we checked which of our strategies, routines and beliefs support us in working with the student, as well as recognizing his needs and potential, and which do not build the relationship necessary to motivate and accompany students in the learning process. We've experienced the power of empowering messages to appreciate effort, not just the results of your work.
