We ask with sense

We leave space
for self-development

We are aware that the accumulation of knowledge is not the same as development, and school knowledge and skills are one of the many areas of life and development of students. That is why we try to leave them space for personal development, self-awareness, social relations, developing talents and passions.

Our teachers:

  • differentiate tasks depending on the needs,
  • know that not all students have to be given homework,
  • prepare works for willing students, thus giving them the opportunity to independently decide on its implementation,
  • do not do homework out of habit,
  • they do not ask material that was not implemented during the lessons - they know that homework should practice the skills acquired during the lessons.

In the absence of homework, students receive from the teacher an entry in the subject notebook informing about the lack of homework and a designated time for catching up. Subsequent failure to comply with this obligation results in an entry in the electronic journal. We do not fail grades, but regularity in homework is one of the criteria taken into account when determining a student's interim and annual behavior marks.
