Today Matylda prepared for her classmates a presentation on Asperger's syndrome and the difficulties that may be associated with it - weaker concentration of attention, problems with maintaining eye contact or emotional lability are some of the topics she talked about.
Remember that people with AS also have special giftedness and are really very interesting people, you just need to give them a chance to showcase their abilities and personality!
In our opinion, such classes are a great opportunity to work on the maturity and awareness of a child, and when it is told by a peer, the satisfaction and learning opportunities are even greater!
