All students and school staff can use the school library.
It is open from Monday to Friday from 11:30 to 13:00.
The reader may have 3 books on his / her account.
The maximum rental period is one month.
With the consent of the teacher-librarian, the time of borrowing the book can be extended.
The library collection consists of about 3,000 books - in paper form (including 1,026 readings). Among them are readings, encyclopedias, dictionaries, comics and many books on various topics. Teachers can use teaching aids - textbooks, exercises, guides, CDs with educational films.
Our mission is JOY - LEARNING - and PASSION. We believe that learning about the world is all about the joy of discovering a mystery, achieving a goal, and overcoming obstacles. We do everything we can to make LEARNING at our school the most wonderful adventure that leads to learning about the world, seeing its beauty, and understanding what it is like. We help students discover their PASSIONS so that they can pursue their goals with enthusiasm....
During the school year, the library organizes activities that support and promote the development of reading among children and adolescents, e.g.
We all know how important contact with a book is for children's development. Reading poems, stories, novels, popular science books expands the imagination, teaches thinking, awakens curiosity about the world, and most importantly, shapes the habit of reading!
In our schools, we know that it is worth reading and we strive to encourage our students to do so and provide them with a wide selection of books.
We are pleased to announce that our Gaudeamus schools have joined National Reading Development Program and received funding, thanks to which our libraries have enriched their collections with over 800 items that will certainly be of interest to our students.
